Our manufacturing process.
Follow each stage from incoming kraft paper to finished, dispatched boxes, with animations that explain how the work is done.

Eight steps.
Zero compromise.
- 01
Raw Material
Virgin and test liner rolls sourced from certified paper mills. Every roll is checked for GSM, bursting strength and moisture content before it enters production.

GSM Testing
GSM sample cutter and precision balance for incoming paper/board.

Bursting Strength Testing
Mullen burst tester checks raw material strength at intake.

Moisture Content Testing
Pin-type moisture meter ensures board stability before corrugation.
- 02
Corrugation
Single-facer and double-backer lines produce B, C, E, BC and ABC flute with a consistent adhesive bond.
Corrugating line - 03
Printing
6-colour flexo and offset printing with ±0.5 mm registration. Water-based inks matched to Pantone Solid Uncoated.
Flexo & offset printing - 04
Die Cutting
Rotary and flat-bed die-cut lines for precision structural forms and window cut-outs.
Precision die-cut line - 05
Stitching & Flap Pasting
Depending on the customer requirement, box blanks are wire-stitched for heavy loads or hot-melt flap-pasted for a clean, retail-ready finish.
Stitching & flap pasting - 06
Quality Inspection
Burst, ECT, drop, compression and moisture tests on every batch, logged and dispatched with the lot.
Pin-probe moisture test - 07
Packing
Boxes bundled, strapped and stretch-wrapped for damage-free transit.
Finished-product bundling - 08
