Quality built into every box.
At PCC, quality is monitored at every stage of manufacturing — from incoming raw materials to final dispatch. Our systematic quality checks help ensure consistent dimensions, reliable construction and packaging that meets each customer's specifications.

Checked at every stage, not just at the end.
- 01
Raw Material Inspection
Every incoming paper lot is inspected before being released for production.
- GSM and paper grade verification
- Moisture level checks
- Burst strength verification where applicable
- Visual inspection for defects, damage and consistency
- Quantity and weight verification
Only approved raw materials are released for production.
- 02
Corrugation & Board Quality
During corrugation, we monitor the board to maintain consistent construction and performance.
- Flute profile and ply configuration
- Board thickness
- Paper bonding and adhesion
- Moisture and warping
- Delamination and crushing
- Overall board appearance and consistency
- 03
Dimensional Accuracy
Every box is manufactured according to the approved customer specification.
We check:
- Length, width and height
- Flap dimensions
- Slot and crease positioning
- Folding and squareness
- Joint alignment
- Overall box construction
- 04
Printing & Finishing Inspection
For printed and finished packaging, we inspect:
- Artwork and print accuracy
- Print clarity and positioning
- Colour consistency
- Registration
- Barcode and QR code readability
- Stitching quality and alignment
- Glue application and adhesion
- 05
In-Process Quality Checks
Quality is monitored throughout production rather than relying only on a final inspection.
Production samples are periodically checked against approved specifications. Any deviation identified during production can be corrected at the source, helping maintain consistency across the batch.
- 06
Final Inspection
Before dispatch, finished goods undergo a final quality inspection.
We verify:
- Dimensions
- Board and box construction
- Printing and finishing
- Visual appearance
- Quantity
- Customer-specific requirements
Non-conforming products are identified and segregated before dispatch.
- 07
Packing & Dispatch Control
Quality control continues through the final stage of packing and loading.
Finished boxes are:
- Properly bundled and protected
- Clearly identified for order and batch reference
- Quantity-verified
- Carefully loaded to minimise damage during transportation
