Packaging Guides

Most packaging problems are decided long before a box reaches the loading bay — they are decided in the specification. These guides walk through the choices that matter: how product weight, dimensions and transit conditions point you towards a wall construction; how to size a box so you are not paying to ship air; when a custom die-cut design earns its tooling cost against a plain stock-size RSC; and what GSM and paper grade actually change in the finished carton. Each guide is written from the corrugation floor rather than from a catalogue, with the practical rules our own estimators use when a customer sends drawings. Read them before you brief a supplier and you will ask sharper questions, compare quotes fairly, and end up with a box that fits the product instead of the price list.
